What payment methods are accepted when subscribing for a plan?
The major payment methods accepted in the platform now are Credit Cards (VISA or MasterCard) and Cash App. MTN Mobile Money payment is not available at the moment.
Yes you can do analysis in a bad network area or without internet. But you will need internet to first log in to your account before going to the field. Your account will remain open for a period of 30 minutes and if you are not active, it will automatically close
Yes we provide training for individuals and organizations
Yes all organizations can add field analyst. Organization Basic can only add 5 field analysts while Organization Premium can add up to 10 field analysts.
The results will appear in less than 10 seconds after you have submitted your analysis. The Dashboard will only display sections of the type of analysis which you have conducted already. Which means if you haven't done all the recommended analysis not every part of th dashboard will displayed.
No. In this present version of the application we have not included AI but in our next updated version AI will be introduced in some functions to aid analysis and result findings.
