Welcome to EKCÖLAB Analytics. It is a pleasure that you have chosen to visit our site and are willing to start using our app by downloading it on PC or mobile. Please take time to read our Terms of Service carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information on our site.

By accepting to use our application, you must consent to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to be granted access to our services.

In this agreement, some words are important for you to understand as you read through.

EKCÖLAB Analytics is a web-based application that helps to provide real-time, community data-driven analytics, to inform and support decision-making for interventions. Our services involve:

• Community insights, risk and trend analysis
• Data collection aggregation and automatic analysis
• Analytical customizable dashboard for community storytelling
• Rapid detection of WASH and environmental problems in communities
• Community vulnerability matrices and reporting

A. Eligibility

• All users must be 18+ to register as a student or professional.
• All organizations must be registered, or in the case of initiative groups without registration, a letter of recognition by a community leader in their country of operations must be presented.
• All organizations must designate an authorized admin for their account management.

B. User Responsibilities

• You must provide up-to-date and accurate information about yourselves.
• Do not manipulate the service by carrying out fraudulent, spam, or illegal activities using our name or brand.

C. Account Terms

• You are required to protect your account by safeguarding your username and passwords used during registration on our site. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Only admins have the right to manage an organization account by creating and maintaining field analysts' profiles.
• Individuals such as students or professionals must register their account under the student section and not under the organization section. If any mistake is identified, we have the right to delete the account immediately.

A. Subscriptions

Subscription to our service is available monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable.

B. Payment & Taxes

• All payments made via Stripe or other payment methods (systems) are subject to their terms.
• Our prices exclude taxes, and you are fully responsible for any additional taxes, such as VAT.

C. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription only on the day of expiry of the current plan via the subscription panel.

A. User Data Ownership

• You have the right and full ownership of your data submitted in the platform.
• Data submitted can be used by us to provide services (see Privacy Policy).

B. Data Export & Portability

Users may request their data only in CSV format via email by sending us a request via the support section in the platform.

A. Permitted Use

• You must use our services only for the purpose of solving community data gap problems and helping improve information reach and solutions to water and environmental problems.
• Analysis data for decision-making.

B. Prohibited Activities

You are not allowed to:

• Copy our service without written permission.
• Hack, crash, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Upload illegal and sensitive data, such as pornographic images.

All software, trademarks, and analytics methodologies are owned by EKCÖLAB Analytics.

You grant us a global, non-exclusive license to use and process data for our service delivery.

We may immediately terminate or suspend your accounts in the case of any illegal activities that go against this agreement, such as fraud.

A. No Warranty

• We do not guarantee error-free services, as our system will be under constant upgrades into different versions from time to time.
• The analysis we provide are for information purposes only and cannot in any way can be considered as 100% accurate.
• You are fully responsible for all the results displayed on the dashboard. We should not in any way be held liable for false results because your results are determined by the data you input into the system and the knowledge of the person conducting the analysis to understand the subject matter before carrying out the data collection.

B. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any financial losses or consequential damages based on your illegal use of the platform.

You agree that we are not responsible for the disruption or damages caused by any third-party services that you choose to use.

All disputes can be settled amicably by emailing us within 45 days. Disputes can be resolved by meetings between the user and us.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws in force in Cameroon without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may amend or update any part of this agreement from time to time. We will notify all users once there are new updates via our website or through email.
